This picture is not very good. It is a picture of the New Wolf Scouts. 
This is Jacob crossing the bridge to become a Wolf Scout. He got his new neckerchief and handbook. 
The Tiger Cubs were in charge of the Flags for the ceremony last night. Jacob did a Great job.
