We went camping this weekend for the first time this Summer. It was a perfect weekend it wasn't too hot and there was a nice breeze. We went Saturday morning and set up along with Grandma and Grandpa. After we ate lunch we went to the little nature center that they have. And did a little fishing. David caught two bass and that was it. Then Sunday we took a hike threw the forest and then we packed up and went home. We were suppose to stay another night, but there were some nasty storms in the forecast so we packed up and came home early. The storms missed us, but oh well.
Then today we did some more school shopping in Cedar Rapids. We got all of our supplies, backpacks, lunch boxes and things like that. One more trip to get some new shoes for Jacob and Matthew and we are all set to go.
